Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across automotive, electronics, industrial, converter and die-cutting sectors. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to first order and build a strong partner network while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales for technical materials, fluent English and Turkish, and willingness to travel. A driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers across automotive, electronics, industrial, converter and die-cutting sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through meetings, sampling, quotation, negotiation and first order.
• Develop a strong network of converters and die-cutters as partners and routes to market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing, and share insights with headquarters.
• Take ownership of sales targets, revenue, gross margin and KPIs for the territory.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM and ensure accurate reporting.

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers across the automotive, electronics, industrial, converter and die-cutting sectors

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact through technical meetings, sampling, quotation, negotiation and first order

• Develop a strong network of converters and die-cutters as potential business partners and routes to market

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing levels and new project opportunities and share relevant market insights with the headquarters

• Take ownership of sales targets, revenue, gross margin and agreed KPIs for the assigned territory

• Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM and ensure accurate reporting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Experience in b2b sales within related technical materials industries

• Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition, preferably within automotive, electronics, industrial or related sectors

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset

• Experience with sales targets, KPIs, pipeline management and CRM systems

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Turkish

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
