Eti Machinery Sales & Planning Management in Turkey is seeking a Project Sales Unit Manager to drive domestic and international project and spare parts sales. You will evaluate project requests, secure approvals, and ensure clear scope with engineering teams before presenting to customers.

The role requires 7+ years in machine manufacturing sales, English fluency, and strong export/sales process knowledge. Travel not restricted, CRM and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• 7+ years of sales experience in machine manufacturing or turnkey production projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of export and international sales processes.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand domestic and international customer portfolios and relationships.
• Coordinate project and spare parts sales activities end-to-end, including preliminary evaluation and internal approvals.
• Define project scope and technical details with engineering teams and communicate with customers.
• Manage quotations and contract processes from inquiry to closure.
• Represent the company at international and domestic fairs and industry events.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare sector analyses and report findings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project and sales coordination.
