Job summary

Bosforo Mühendislik is seeking experienced Sales Engineers to prepare proposals and quotations, take ownership of projects, visit customers, and support sales activities. You will report progress to management, monitor action items, and maintain communication with international partners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management and technical sales, a background in packaging machinery, an engineering degree, strong English skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, proposal preparation, and/or technical sales.
• Experience in packaging, packaging machinery, or industrial machinery industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally; valid driver's license.

• Provide technical support to the technical team whenever required.
• Visit customers and support sales activities.

• Maintain continuous communication with our international business partners.
• Prepare detailed technical and business development reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, proposal preparation, and/or technical sales, with previous project management experience.
• Experience in the packaging, packaging machinery, or industrial machinery industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical background, preferably with knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic engineering.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• Strong sales skills with excellent analytical thinking abilities.
• Preferably proficient in AutoCAD.
• Well-presented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
