Job summary

Hepsiburada seeks a performance marketing professional to own end-to-end campaign execution and optimization across channels. You will partner with analytics, product, and tech teams to drive growth for Türkiye's leading e-commerce platform.

The role requires 4+ years in performance marketing with GA, Adjust, Appsflyer, SA360 experience; strong analytical and budgeting skills; fluency in Turkish and English. Hybrid on-site in Marmara region preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on in setting up, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns with e-commerce KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer and Google Marketing Platform.
• Experience with tracking integrations and collaborating with technical teams.
• Understanding of attribution models; SQL is a plus; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent Turkish and English verbal and written communication.

• Measure, analyze, report campaign performance, and provide budget recommendations.
• Manage daily budgets and pacing; document best practices for growth strategy.

Our Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields,
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in setting up, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting, Media Buying, etc.) with e-commerce objectives and KPIs,
• Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, and Google Marketing Platform (SA360 etc.),
• Strong understanding of tracking integrations (SDK, Pixel, Conversions API, Server-Side GTM) and experience in collaborating with technical teams
• In-depth understanding and hands-on knowledge ofattribution models,
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus,
• Comfortable in using MS Excel and Google Sheets,
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the performance team to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting, Media Buying, etc.),
• Measure, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns across all channels,
• Manage daily budgets, track spending pacing, and build strategic budget recommendations,
• Document campaign best practices, test, and apply them in the overall growth strategy,
• Create best-performing ad creatives together with internal and external teams,
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, analytics), and third-party vendors,
• Develop new ideas, explore new channels, and execute strategies to leverage overall performance.
