Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in university; MBA or an equivalent master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 8-9 years of experience in procurement processes, with strong expertise in Marketing Procurement.
- Deep experience in Marketing procurement categories, including ATL/BTL media buying, creative & digital agencies, PR, events, production, market research, and martech (marketing technology) tools.
- Experienced in contract management, commercial negotiations, usage rights, licensing (image/talent rights), SLAs, payment terms, and termination conditions.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, tender management, agency pitch processes, supplier selection, and supplier performance management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization, agency fee structures, and commercial value.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Marketing, Brand, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business units.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage different sub-categories within Marketing procurement.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor the department/category budget in line with the Company’s annual financial targets.
- Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, processes, and workflows tailored for marketing and agency partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end Marketing procurement processes, including demand analysis, sourcing, tendering, agency pitches, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
- Lead commercial negotiations for media investments, agency retainers, production projects, event management, and marketing technology/software solutions.
- Conduct market research, identify and evaluate agencies/vendors, and manage RFQ/RFP, tender, and agency pitch selection processes.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, including agency fee structures, rate cards, production budgets, payment terms, usage/IP rights, and performance-based incentives.
- Analyze pricing models, media cost benchmarks, and value-for-money metrics to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals, agency evaluations, performance tracking, and commercial commitments.Work closely with Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications, Brand, Finance, Legal, and business teams throughout the procurement process.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, savings, ROI, and prepare relevant management reports.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders within purchasing authority limits.
- Support continuous improvement, transparency, and process efficiency in marketing procurement and contract management.
