Hepsiburada’da İnsan Kaynakları İş Ortağı pozisyonuCustomer Service departmanı ile yakın çalışmayı gerektirir. Adaylar geniş genelist HR becerileriyle değişimi yönetmeli ve uçtan uca işe alım süreçlerini yürütmelidir.

RB oyuncularıyla iş birliğinde stratejik danışmanlık yapıp, yetenek havuzları oluşturarak performans ve bağlılığı güçlendireceklerdir. Ofis lokasyonu Sancaktepe’de bulunmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Hızlı büyüyen ortamda en az 6–7 yıllık HR deneyimi
• Yetenek edinimi ve headhunting konusunda tecrübe
• Rusça dilinde ileri düzey yetkinlik
• Müşteri Hizmetleri ekipleriyle işbirliği deneyimi avantaj
• Üst kadrolara danışma ve koçluk yeteneği
• İyi planlama ve proje yönetimi becerileri
• MS Office programlarında ileri düzey, raporlama ve analitik beceriler
• Stres altında çalışma ve proaktif yaklaşım
• Sancaktepe lokasyonunda çalışma yeteneği

Responsibilities

• Müşteri Hizmetleri departmanı için HR İş Ortağı olarak çalışmak ve liderlerle yakın işbirliği yapmak
• Genelist HR becerileriyle çözümler üretmek ve değişimi yönetmek
• End-to-end işe alım süreçlerini yürütmek ve aday yolculuğunu iyileştirmek
• Sektörde pasif adayları haritalayarak gelecek ihtiyaçlar için yetenek havuzları oluşturmak
• İşe alım, yetenek yönetimi, performans yönetimi, çalışan bağlılığı ve diğer HR girişimlerini yürütmek
• Küresel yetenek trendlerini izlemek ve en iyi uygulamaları takip etmek
• Liderlik ekibiyle organizasyon yapısı ve kapasite ihtiyaçları konusunda danışmanlık yapmak
• HR ve iş birimleriyle çalışan ilişkilerini güçlendirmek ve insan kaynağı stratejisini yürütmek

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Min. 6–7 years of HR experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment,
• Strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and proven headhunting experience gained within a corporate environment,
• Advanced proficiency in Russian,
• Experience in partnering with and supporting Customer Service teams is a strong plus,
• Ability to coach and advise senior teams,
• Strong planning and project management skills,
• Advanced skills in MS Office Programs,
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills,
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure,
• Ability to work in the Sancaktepe location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Acting as the HR Business Partner for the Customer Service department, partnering closely with business leaders and employees,
• Using extensive generalist HR skills, knowledge, and business acumen to provide solutions and manage change for your account,
• Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, an exceptional candidate journey, and timely results for hiring managers,
• Mapping passive candidates in the industry to create talent pipelines for prospective business needs,
• Taking ownership of HR processes including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives,
• Supporting the Customer Service organization in workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent-related initiatives,
• Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best practices for inspiration,
• Advising on best-practice methods to support the account, including organizational structure, recruitment, and capability needs,
• Working closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement,
• Partnering with business and HR teams in shaping people strategy and driving its execution to enable the business to operate effectively, while ensuring timely identification of issues and opportunities and presenting effective solutions.
