Job summary

Hepsiburada, Türkiye’nin NASDAQ’da listelenen öncü e‑ticaret platformu, Gebze’deki Analitik & Operasyonlar ekibimize katılmanızı istiyor. Son mil performansını izleyip gecikeleri analiz edecek ve KPI raporları hazırlayarak yönetimin iyileştirme kararlarına katkı sağlayacaksınız.

Başvuru için ilgili alanlarda lisans derecesi, 1–2 yıl analiz/lojistik deneyimi, güçlü Excel ve tercihen SQL bilgisi, veri ve performans metrikleriyle çalışma yeteneği; iyi İngilizce becerileri gereklidir.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in analytics, planning, logistics, operations or business analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data, reports and performance metrics comfortably.
• Strong follow‑up and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and improve processes.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and weekly last mile performance metrics.
• Analyze delivery delays, failed delivery attempts and return pickup issues.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support root cause analyses for courier service performance problems.
• Help track action plans and improvement initiatives with courier partners.
• Support volume allocation and redistribution analyses between courier services.
• Identify performance trends and highlight risk areas proactively.
• Document bugs, process gaps and operational findings clearly.
• Work with internal teams to improve reporting quality and process visibility.
