Inbound Marketing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Consultant to join our team in Turkey. The role focuses on accurate campaign setups, daily tracking, and data-driven optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and more.

You will monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations for clients. Strong Turkish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of auction-based advertising models, bidding strategies, and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• High attention to detail with a track record of minimizing execution/operational errors in campaign setups and budget allocations.
• Ability to interpret panel metrics and convert data into practical, metric-driven recommendations.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
• Good communication skills in Turkish and English.

You will be responsible for accurate campaign setups, daily operational tracking, monitoring performance metrics, and providing data-driven optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up, launch, and structure campaigns accurately across major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) with a focus on minimizing operational errors.
• Daily Monitoring & Tracking: Regularly monitor active campaigns, track panel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversions), and ensure campaigns run smoothly within approved budgets.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data to make metric-based adjustments, keyword/audience optimizations, and offer proactive suggestions for improving campaign outcomes.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, accurately presenting data and actionable recommendations to internal leads and clients.
• A/B Testing: Execute structured A/B tests for ad creatives, headlines, and target audiences based on operational guidelines.
