Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of KAM experience within FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods.
• Proven experience managing Health & Beauty retail customers in Turkiye.
• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Experience with annual business planning and customer P&L management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key Health & Beauty retailers across Turkiye.
• Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and joint business plans with key customers.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, listings, and annual trading terms.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
• Ensure excellent execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare regular business reviews and present performance updates to senior management.
