Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medical related disciplines (preferred).
• At least 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing of PMLS/UIS/IVD products or related medical device industries.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Experience working with private chain hospital groups and university hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance relationships with high-end hospitals on assigned territory – Türkiye.
• Lead the strategic key account sales team and collaborate with internal teams.
• Focus on private chain hospital groups and university hospitals; engage C-level customers.
• Meet with strategic key account decision makers to define demand and hand over projects to distributors.
• Support key projects/tenders with Mindray team and distributors.
• Analyze market information (competitors, customer needs) to maximize business opportunities.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, international programs, HQ visits and other promotion activities.
• Collaborate closely with key clients and hospital decision makers in the region.
