Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related departments.
• 5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing; cosmetic sector a plus.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor trade activity plans with the sales team.
• Develop customer category plans for relevant markets and derive category insights.
• Collaborate with sales to analyze competitors and monitor market trends; regular reporting.
• Drive product portfolio penetration and track listing performance; report improvements.
• Manage pricing strategies and implementation across sales channels.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual sales performance reports.
• Set KPIs for Sales Channels and build related dashboards.
• Support trade fairs, product launches, and industry events; coordinate with teams.
• Design incentive programs for sales channels and report effectiveness.

Our family is looking for a International Trade Marketing Executive/Manager to be located in Istanbul, Turkey.

What the role entails ( Responsibilities):

• Preparation and monitoring the execution of trade activity plan with sales team.
• Development of customer category plan for the relevant markets, working in partnership to deliver first-hand category insights and align internally and externally with the customer's growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with sales teams to conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends, including regular Reporting
• Taking necessary actions for Product portfolio penetration and listing performance tracking, reporting and improvement
• Managing strategic pricing and its implementation of the sales channels.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual sales performance reports.
• Determining Sales Channels’ KPIs, preparing related markets Sales Dashboards
• Providing operational support for trade fairs, product launches, and industry Events.
• Designing incentive and motivation programs for sales channels (dealer bonus schemes, competitions, gift programs, etc.), ensuring their implementation in coordination with sales teams and reporting on their effectiveness.

Who we are looking for ? ( Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications)

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics and Industrial Engineering and related departments.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing especially cosmetic sector experience is a plus.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
