Sipay seeks a Senior Service Desk Specialist to support its growing Technology team. You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune environments, handling user access, licensing, and device administration to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Strong trouble-shooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and AD.
• Handle user access, licensing, mailbox, groups, and device administration.
• Manage MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Hybrid Identity, and user sync.
• Enroll Windows devices, configure, ensure compliance, deploy apps, Autopilot.
• Resolve Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot mail, authentication, network, endpoint issues.
• Log IT requests and meet SLA targets.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell.
