Job summary

Sovos is hiring a Corporate IT Support Specialist II to strengthen our secure IT environment. You will combine end-user support with hands-on systems administration across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory, balancing remote work with onsite presence as required.

Requirements include 3–6 years of IT support in corporate settings, proficiency with Windows/M365, AD/Azure Entra ID, Intune, and VMware, plus strong troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• Experience with Windows desktop OS and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure Entra ID with identity and security configurations.
• Comfort with endpoint management platforms such as Intune and virtualization like VMware.
• Strong troubleshooting and focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Turkish for global collaboration.
• Autonomous work style with ability to collaborate or escalate as needed, plus openness to AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support employee systems, apps, and devices end-to-end from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Intune to maintain reliability.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions across AD and Entra ID; resolve auth issues.
• Lead root-cause analyses to reduce recurring issues and keep docs up to date.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, Compliance on access control and audits.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting and automate tasks.
