Insider One is seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist to support and improve our workplace technology. The role covers end-user support, device lifecycle, IT asset management, collaboration tools, security compliance, and adopting new automation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workplace tech, strong Apple enterprise experience, and proven ability to support executives and hybrid meetings. We offer a vibrant, global environment and extensive learning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Apple enterprise environments (macOS/iOS).
• Experience with endpoint management and device lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments.
• Provide high-quality technical support to executives and other critical users.
• Manage device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, transfer, return, replacement, decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, software deployments, OS upgrades, security requirements.
• Lead conference room and AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and scheduling solutions.
• Support adoption of productivity tools and AI-enabled tools.
• Contribute to user training and knowledge-base content.
• Analyze incidents to develop sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Promote automation and self-service to reduce repetitive work.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and external vendors to improve service quality.
