Job summary

Sovos in Turkey is hiring a Corporate IT Support Specialist II who will blend end-user support with hands-on systems administration across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate IT support and systems administration.
• Proficient with Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with teams and adapt to AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support employee systems, applications, and devices throughout the full lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune, maintaining service reliability and user productivity.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions across Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), troubleshooting authentication, MFA, SSO, and identity-related issues.
• Drive standardisation and operational maturity by leading root cause analysis efforts, reducing recurring issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Partner with HR, Security, Compliance, and other stakeholders on access control, lifecycle management processes, and security audits, ensuring systems adhere to corporate policies.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance service delivery efficiency.
