Job summary

Cyberwise is seeking experienced teammates to join the Microsoft Security Services Team in a hybrid model in Turkey. The role focuses on designing and delivering Microsoft security solutions for Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Intune, with client-facing pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years in IT security, at least 2 years in Microsoft 365/Azure security, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IT security experience with at least 2 years in Microsoft 365 Security and/or Azure Security within a corporate environment.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security tools and cloud security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, designing, and implementing Microsoft Security solutions (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Intune).
• Supporting pre-sales, PoC and post-sales activities for customers.
• Collaborating with security service consultants and architects to develop cross-discipline solutions.
• Developing SME-level expertise in Microsoft Security and related technologies.
• Conducting consultancy assignments: analyze requirements, collect data, recommend solutions.
• Ensuring assignments are completed with high quality and consistency.
• Collaborating with sales/tech teams to resolve complex topics.
• Support English-speaking customers in the EMEA region.
