Sipay in Türkiye is seeking a Senior Service Desk Specialist to join our Technology team. You will oversee Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and AD, delivering quality end‑user support and proactive incident response.

The ideal candidate has advanced Microsoft 365 experience, PowerShell skills, and a solid understanding of networking basics. You will partner with IT security and operations to ensure reliable service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong technical expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune administration.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, OU, and authentication processes.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Active Directory environments.
• Manage user, access, licensing, mailbox, group, and device administration processes.
• Manage MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Hybrid Identity, and user synchronization processes.
• Manage Windows device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and Autopilot processes.
• Resolve end‑user issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications quickly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot mail, authentication, network, endpoint, and hardware‑related issues.
• Track and resolve IT requests through the ticketing system in line with SLA targets.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop permanent solutions.
• Simplify manual operations and improve efficiency through PowerShell and automation tools.
• Contribute to endpoint security and device hardening initiatives.
