Job summary

Insider One seeks a Senior Workplace Technology Specialist to support and improve our workplace tech environment. You will handle end-user support, device lifecycle, and security compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires hands-on Apple macOS/iOS expertise, strong customer service, and the ability to drive automation and process improvements across hybrid and remote work scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace technology or end‑user IT services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• StrongHands-on experience with Apple enterprise environments (macOS/iOS).
• Knowledge of endpoint policies, software deployment, and device lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex workplace tech incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments.
• Provide high-quality technical support to executives and other critical users.
• Manage device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, transfer, return, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, OS upgrades, and security requirements.
• Support Apple-focused enterprise environments across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
• Monitor compliance, warranty status, utilization, and refresh needs.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile assets with systems.
• Promote automation and self‑service to reduce repetitive work.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and external vendors to improve service quality.
