Job summary

Kale Aero seeks a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join the HR Team, supporting Organizational Development and HR analytics. The role covers workforce analysis, talent management, and end-to-end recruitment for both white- and blue-collar positions in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR analytics and HRBP-like roles, with experience in SAP, Power BI, and ATS. Strong Turkish and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in HR Analytics, HR Reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing HRBP is preferred.
• Experience with both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
• Knowledge of talent management, performance, and competency assessment.
• Familiarity with payroll and personnel administration processes.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, SAP, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce requests and provide HRBP support aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to talent management processes.
• Plan and execute 360-degree competency assessments.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles.
• Plan onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
• Identify learning needs and plan development initiatives.
• Contribute to internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead HR projects to improve processes and candidate/employee experience.
• Analyze and report HR-related data to support decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across HR projects.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
