Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye is seeking an HR Operations & Analytics Supervisor to lead end-to-end HR processes, analytics, and reporting for our client’s global operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR analytics experience, strong English, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI; SAP HR experience is a plus. Collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Admin, Economics, Industrial Engineering).
• 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar roles.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Experience with payroll, HR reporting & analytics processes.

• Assist Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll control and reporting validation.
• Analyze personnel costs and workforce costs for new projects.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports.
• Perform salary review analyses and simulations.
• Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and monitor integrations.

We are looking for a “HR Operations & Analytics Supervisor ” for one of our client who is a leading global company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve end-to-end recruitment processes in line with business needs
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Support Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll control and reporting validation
• Analyze personnel cost structures and calculate workforce costs for new projects
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting systems in collaboration with IT
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports
• Perform salary review analysis and simulations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems (master data control & testing)
• Monitor HR system integrations and ensure continuity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, , and HR reporting & analytics processes
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools knowledge (Power BI is a plus)
• Experience with SAP or similar HR systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally (HR, Finance, IT, Operations)
