Job summary

Koton is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Leader to drive workforce planning, headcount and HR reporting aligned with strategic priorities. You will manage the annual HR budget, forecast costs and deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders.

You will develop and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs, analyze turnover, recruitment, compensation, and organizational structure, and partner with HRBPs and finance to inform decisions. Proficiency in AI tools and Excel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Planning & Reporting or similar.
Proficiency with AI and Generative AI tools to build analytics, automation and efficiency solutions across HR analytics, budgeting and reporting.
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with HR reporting, dashboards and data visualization tools; experience with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead HR analytics, workforce planning, headcount and HR reporting processes in line with the company’s strategic priorities.
Manage annual HR budget, personnel cost planning, forecasting and periodic budget revisions; analyze variances and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, management reports and key performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, organizational structure and employee costs, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance and business leaders to support workforce decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario planning.
Establish and continuously improve HR metrics, reporting standards and analytical methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making across HR.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR reporting and analytics processes, leveraging HR technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
