Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, workforce planning, data analysis or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Proven experience in preparing executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, business leaders and other corporate functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases and HR systems.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, workforce analytics and dashboard design principles.
• Experience in data quality management, process improvement and reporting automation.
• Highly detail-oriented, structured and results-driven, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the People Analytics and HR Reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational needs.
• Oversee end-to-end management, analysis and reporting of key People & Culture metrics including headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, learning and development, and performance.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, consistency and standardization of HR data across systems and reporting platforms.
• Translate workforce data into actionable business insights to support strategic workforce planning, cost optimization, productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness.
• Design, develop and maintain executive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Manage data integration and information flows between HR systems and other corporate platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurrent data collection, consolidation, validation, reporting and distribution processes.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc analyses to support senior management decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven culture by strengthening HR analytics and evidence-based decision-making.
