Job summary

Kale Aero seeks a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join the HR Team, supporting Organizational Development and HR analytics. The role covers workforce analysis, talent management, and end-to-end recruitment for both white- and blue-collar positions in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR analytics and HRBP-like roles, with experience in SAP, Power BI, and ATS. Strong Turkish and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in HR Analytics, HR Reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing HRBP is preferred.
• Experience with both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
• Knowledge of talent management, performance, and competency assessment.
• Familiarity with payroll and personnel administration processes.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, SAP, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and time management.

We are looking for a highly motivated “Senior Human Resources Specialist” for Kale Aero, who will be a member of HR Team supporting Organizational Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department,
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Analytics, Human Resources Reporting, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry and in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is preferred,
• Proven experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment processes,
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance and competency assessment, learning and development processes,
• Sound knowledge of basic payroll and personnel administration processes,
• Strong communication and writing skills both in Turkish and English,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
• Hands-on experience with ATS, SAP and Power BI,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills,
