Maxwill International is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead domestic and international OEM sales in the automotive sector. You will manage strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to exceed targets.

The role requires a proven track record in OEM sales, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel internationally is essential to expand global customer partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience working directly with OEM customers.
• Advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong business development, customer management, and negotiation skills.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with existing and potential OEM customers.
• Lead domestic and international sales activities, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and achieve sales targets and growth strategies.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide suitable product and service solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, quotations, and contract management processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with global OEM customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business continuity.
• Collaborate with Production, Project Management, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team while monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments for senior management insights.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events both domestically and internationally.
• Monitor sales budgets, profitability targets, and overall commercial performance.
