You will build and develop a high-performing team, plan budgets, implement after-sales marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with global standards while optimizing field operations and supplier relationships. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years management experience in a related field.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, motivate and develop a high-performing service team.
• Oversee all service and technical aspects for the full product range.
• Coordinate after-sales marketing activities and dealer network.
• Manage online promotions for dealers to maintain retail standards.
• Lead market research and implement improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets, reporting tools, and operational plans.
• Plan and monitor dealer service and parts networks; assess dealer standards.
• Handle customer and dealer complaints and drive resolutions.
• Support service sales development and key supplier relationships.
• Provide effective training to the retail network to enhance service quality.
