Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in automotive or automotive supplier industry preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing with planning, quality and logistics understanding.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with international communications.
• Strong knowledge of export operations, international trade, logistics and customs.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded, customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• No restrictions on international travel.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement export and international sales strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers.
• Identify new customers, distributors and partners; explore markets.
• Handle international sales activities: quotes, pricing, negotiations, contracts, orders.
• Coordinate export orders with production planning, manufacturing and logistics.
• Monitor customer requirements; ensure delivery per specs and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end export process: orders, docs, customs, logistics, shipment.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Organize and participate in international trade fairs and visits.
• Monitor export targets and take actions to meet/exceed goals.
• Contribute to international growth strategy and global position.
• Track market trends in automotive and supplier sectors.
