Short Story is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own daily sales operations, from planning and order management to shipment and invoicing. You will work across the full cycle with sales, warehouse and accounting, using platforms like Logo, BirFatura and Paraşüt to ensure accurate processing.

The role emphasizes ownership, organization and proactive problem-solving in a small, fast-moving team. Occasional site visits to Esenyurt are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or a similar operational role.
• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems.
• Familiar with Logo, BirFatura and Paraşüt platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming orders and enter them into relevant systems, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Oversee end-to-end process from order placement to shipment and delivery.
• Manage account and payment reconciliations with customers and partners.
• Prepare, review and process delivery notes and invoices.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounting and other stakeholders.
• Occasionally visit Esenyurt operations center to review processes and resolve bottlenecks.
