Safilo Türkiye is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Operations and Customer Service Manager to join our team in Istanbul. The role drives commercial effectiveness across the Turkish market, overseeing sales planning, forecasting, analytics and customer service, while ensuring smooth logistics and digital tool adoption.

You will partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to translate objectives into actionable insights, lead Customer Service and Logistics teams, and collaborate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Sales Analytics, Demand Planning, Customer Service Management or similar.
• Previous people management experience is preferred.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, fashion, FMCG, eyewear or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, customer management and commercial processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead sales planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Turkish market.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate demand planning with Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing and Global Supply Chain.
• Ensure alignment between forecasts and supply planning.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards and KPIs; analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Provide analyses to support decisions and business performance.
• Lead and develop Customer Service and Logistics teams; drive continuous improvement.
