Job summary

OPLOG Inc. is seeking a seasoned onboarding and operations specialist to manage the end-to-end integration of new customers in Türkiye.

You will translate customer expectations into actionable operational requirements and coordinate across warehouse, IT, finance, and customer service to set up processes and master data. With a background in industrial engineering or logistics and at least five years in logistics or process improvement, you will design workflows, prepare SOPs, and drive go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on onboarding, process analysis, and operational transition experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, order management, and distribution.
• Experience with system integrations (WMS/TMS/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers end to end.
• Translate customer expectations into operational requirements.
• Build onboarding project plans and track timelines.
• Coordinate across warehouse, operations, IT, finance, service, and sales.
• Analyze processes and design operational workflows.
• Serve as bridge for WMS/TMS/ERP integration.
• Prepare SOPs, workflows, and customer documents.
• Ensure master data, location, pricing, and parameters are set up.
• Support UAT, pilot operations, and go-live.
• Oversee post-launch stabilization and handover.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and drive improvements.
