Job summary

Short Story is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own daily sales operations, from planning and order management to shipment and invoicing. You will work across the full cycle with sales, warehouse and accounting, using platforms like Logo, BirFatura and Paraşüt to ensure accurate processing.

The role emphasizes ownership, organization and proactive problem-solving in a small, fast-moving team. Occasional site visits to Esenyurt are expected.

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep our sales processes running smoothly.

In this role, you will be actively involved across the full sales operations cycle — from planning and order management to shipment, invoicing and reconciliation. Beyond the core operational responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to customer management, sales and new project development, working with some of the leading companies in Turkey's retail sector and gaining experience across different product categories.

What will you do?

• Manage incoming orders, enter them into the relevant systems and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from order placement to shipment and delivery.
• Manage account and payment reconciliations with customers and business partners.
• Prepare, review and process delivery notes and invoices.
• Actively use platforms such as Logo, BirFatura and Paraşüt.
• Manage daily operational controls and sales operations reporting.
• Take a proactive approach to process management and step in to resolve issues or manage operational challenges when needed.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, accounting, customers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Occasionally visit our operations center in Esenyurt to review order-picking and operational processes on site, identify improvement areas and help resolve operational bottlenecks.
• In short, you will be the person making sure everything behind the scenes of our sales operation runs as it should.
