Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or extensive experience as a technician in Electrical Engineering with ~10 years in sales.
• Proven track record in development of go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Regional Sales Team for the assigned component portfolio in line with the sales strategy.
• Drive market development and raise local awareness through customer presentations, events, and pilot projects.
• Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches to strengthen market acceptance and growth.
• Negotiate and support closing of framework agreements with Area Sales Managers and stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate market insights into sales initiatives.
