Job summary

Reset HR Consulting seeks a Sales Director (Energy) in Istanbul to lead market entry and revenue growth for wind energy in Turkey. The role demands building strategic relationships, originating opportunities, and steering end-to-end deals from qualification to contract closure.

You will own the Turkish market, manage senior stakeholders, and drive bids, tenders and project wins while ensuring growth in order intake, pipeline quality and market share.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish and advanced business English are required.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic key account management.
• Strong relationships with Turkish wind developers, IPPs, utilities or energy companies.
• Proven track record in end-to-end sales, tenders, negotiations, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Turkey sales and market development strategy for wind energy and related solutions.
• Originate new business by engaging wind developers, IPPs, utilities and key stakeholders.
• Lead full sales cycle from origination through tendering, negotiation and contract signing.
• Lead strategic bids, coordinating cross-functional teams for win strategies.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and monitor market developments and competitors.
