Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Turkey territory, expand market presence, and build strategic customer relationships with agents, distributors, and key accounts.

You will manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, develop territory plans, and collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, and customer support to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in regional sales management.
• Experience in channel partner management and distributor networks.
• Strong forecasting skills and CRM usage for pipeline visibility.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through proactive business development and account management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, promoting Valmet’s brands and solutions.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity within the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities with accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, and customer support to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
