Job summary

TÜV SÜD Türkiye is seeking a Renewables Leader to drive the Renewables & Energy Transformation area in Istanbul. You will lead operations, develop key customer relationships, and coordinate proposals, tenders and projects from both technical and commercial perspectives.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in engineering, proven leadership in renewable energy, and experience in project management, customer management, and business development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership in renewable energy or energy-related services.
• Experience in project management, customer management and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial activities of the Renewables business area in line with objectives.
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in renewables.
• Coordinate proposals, tenders, and project activities from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, timeline, scope and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the Renewables team, including resource planning and competence development.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, costs, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, quality, HSE and company requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to support growth and develop new services.
