Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of technical sales experience.
• Ability to work independently with drive to meet sales targets.
• Skilled in building relationships with customers, agents, and internal teams.
• Experience in electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, service management.
• Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of SAP & Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and entering order data into SAP/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Sales Manager in analyzing designated service markets and determine project requirements.
• Advise assigned customers on all technical inquiries regarding the current product range.
• Interpret, clarify and implement customer specifications in offers and orders; enter data in SAP/ERP.
• Create, review and send offers and order confirmations for products, assemblies, parts and service.
• Participate in delivery processing and ensure complaint processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer pain points and deliver solutions.
