Job summary

ebebek is seeking a Reporting and Analysis Specialist to turn datasets into actionable insights that shape pricing, product mix and forecasting across retail, supply chain and e-commerce. You will partner with commercial teams to deliver timely analyses using BI tools and advanced Excel modeling.

Ideal candidates have a BS or MS in a quantitative field, 2–4 years of experience, strong English, and hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• BS or MS from a reputable university in a quantitative discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Experience with SQL is nice to have.
• Experience using data visualization tools (such as Tableau / Power BI) is a must.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• Good command of English, preferably proven by an internationally accepted certification (TOEFL, IELTS etc).
• Eager to build skills for pricing, business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
• Strong curiosity and desire for continuous improvement in retail, supply chain and e-commerce dynamics,
• Excellent analytical skills, passion for metrics and figures, ability to get into the details, while also seeing the big picture,
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate, relevant, timely analyses that will allow upper management to take commercial decisions about product, mix, and price,
• Making use of business intelligence tools to convey a commercial message to commercial teams.
