Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience developing business cases and quantifying impact.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with large datasets and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and improve performance.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, customer portfolios, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, new products or services.
• Develop and improve financial and commercial models to quantify impact and support decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and target-setting methodologies.
• Conduct customer segmentation and portfolio analyses to support revenue growth.
• Support planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance tracking.
• Develop and improve commercial reporting and dashboards.
• Support pricing frameworks, discount structures, and commercial policies.
• Support CRM-related process improvements by gathering requirements and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to align with P&L objectives.
