Job summary

TEB is seeking a data analytics professional to extract, clean, and analyze data from internal systems using SQL/SAS. You will conduct segment and transaction analyses to uncover fee and commission opportunities, translate findings into targeted actions, and support revenue growth through data-driven pricing and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SQL and/or SAS knowledge (mandatory - hands-on usage expected).
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory - actively used for data analysis and reporting).
• 2-4 years of experience (preferably in banking, fintech, CRM, or analytics-related roles).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data extraction, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
• Ability to generate insights and translate them into business actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present analytical findings clearly (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conducting customer, segment, and transaction-based analyses to identify fee & commission revenue opportunities.
• Generating actionable insights and translating them into business actions (e.g., targeting, campaign optimization, pricing adjustments).
• Supporting fee & commission income growth through data-driven analysis of campaigns, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Preparing regular reports and presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to support revenue-driven decision making.
