Job summary

Mavi, a global lifestyle brand based in Istanbul, is seeking an E-Commerce Business Development Assistant to join the Global E-Commerce Division at Head Office.

You will support daily to monthly reporting, prepare budget and cost reports, create KPI dashboards in Power BI and Excel, monitor marketplace performance, and assist with campaigns, pricing, and international e-commerce reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly operations of the E-Commerce Business Development team.
• Prepare monthly, seasonal, and annual budget and cost reports for Finance.
• Create and share KPIs, dashboards, and management reports with stakeholders.
• Develop and analyze sales, product performance, omnichannel, and advertising reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor marketplace performance and analyze campaigns and budgets across channels.
• Support global pricing and reporting processes; coordinate with BI and other teams.
