Job summary

Ant Group in Türkiye is seeking a results-driven professional to manage partner and institution relationships and drive Alipay+ adoption. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across product, tech, legal, and compliance to ensure successful launches and negotiated agreements.

You will own end-to-end projects from initial discussions through activation, working with banks, acquirers, PSPs, and merchants to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business development or partnerships in payments/fintech.
• Native Turkish with fluent English.
• Strong communication and project delivery skills.
• Ownership and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with Turkish partners (banks, acquirers, PSPs).
• Lead cross-functional projects to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Drive merchant activation and enablement for Alipay+ deployments.
