Ant Group in Türkiye is seeking a results-driven professional to manage partner and institution relationships and drive Alipay+ adoption. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across product, tech, legal, and compliance to ensure successful launches and negotiated agreements.

You will own end-to-end projects from initial discussions through activation, working with banks, acquirers, PSPs, and merchants to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 5–10 years in business development or partnerships in payments/fintech.
• Native Turkish with fluent English.
• Strong communication and project delivery skills.
• Ownership and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Job description 1. Partner & Institution Relationship Management

• Build and deepen relationships with BKM, acquirers, banks, PSPs, and strategic partners in Türkiye.
• Lead solution discussions and design with partners; negotiate commercial terms and drive contract closure.

2. End-to-End Project Execution

• Act as the business owner of projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Ops) to resolve blockers and ensure launch readiness.

3. Merchant Engagement & Activation

• Drive merchant adoption of Alipay+: lead outreach and build merchant relationships directly and through partners.
• Conduct merchant communications, training, and enablement to ensure genuine acceptance of Alipay+ at the point of sale.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably in payments/fintech; acquirer, PSP, or merchant-side experience is a plus.
• Native Turkish speaker with fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to drive complex projects end-to-end.
• High sense of ownership and self-motivation; resilient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
