Job summary

Constructor Knowledge AG in Istanbul is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive partner-led growth across education, digital learning, and research sectors. You will recruit, enable, and grow strategic partners while expanding market presence in Türkiye and the Balkans.

You will develop joint business plans, coordinate with sales and customer success teams, and deliver executive-ready presentations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales, business development, and partnerships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in partner management.
• Experience with Microsoft partner ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the partner growth strategy.
• Recruit, onboard and activate new channels and strategic partners.
• Grow revenue through existing partners and expand pipeline.
• Build relationships with partner executives and sales leaders.
• Create and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-selling activities.
• Provide market intelligence and partner insights to support regional growth objectives.
