Job summary

Tickmill is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its multi-asset offerings in Turkey and strengthen international partnerships. You will lead strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and events to engage prospective partners and drive commercial growth.

You will build a robust partner network, negotiate terms, and oversee onboarding while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing relationship management. Turkish and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within financial services or related industry.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and performance management.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outreach to engage prospective partners globally.
• Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage full lifecycle of partnership development.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new partners and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and track KPIs such as partner acquisition and engagement.
