Job summary

Outpost is building local compliance in Turkey and is seeking a Compliance Manager to own the Turkish program end-to-end, ensuring trusted operations with regulators and partners.

You will collaborate with global legal, compliance, finance and local counsel to implement AML controls, regulatory filings and relationships, and to monitor consumer protection, e‑commerce and data‑protection rules. This foundational role offers real scope from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance at a Turkish payment institution, e-money institution or PSP.
• Hands-on AML/KYC and fraud experience, including merchant onboarding and transaction monitoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Turkey's payment-services framework, CBRT regulations and financial-crime expectations.
• Experience dealing with regulators, acquirers or bank compliance teams.
• Fluent Turkish and working English for global team communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the local compliance programme for Outpost in Turkey: policies, controls, monitoring and reporting, aligned with our global compliance framework
• Apply Outpost's global AML and sanctions standards locally, including merchant due diligence (KYB), ongoing monitoring and escalation of unusual activity
• Review merchants for compliance with Turkish consumer-protection and e-commerce rules before and after go-live
• Oversee refund, chargeback and dispute patterns from a compliance and fraud perspective, working with our payment partners
• Maintain the Turkey compliance obligations tracker and make sure one-off and recurring obligations are met on time
