Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute country-level strategies in payments/fintech.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong network within the Turkish payments ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with regulators and partners.
• Deep understanding of Turkish regulatory landscape and compliance requirements.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and growth initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinker who translates data into actionable plans.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities
