Job summary

Ant International is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build Alipay+ in Türkiye from the ground up, establishing partnerships, enabling payments infrastructure, activating merchants and driving TPV growth.

You will own end-to-end partnerships, work with product, technology, legal, risk, operations and marketing across markets to translate local needs into scalable solutions, while moving quickly in a zero-to-one environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in business development or partnerships.
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, acquiring, PSPs, wallets, or merchant services is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Build Alipay+ merchant acceptance and drive transaction growth across Türkiye.
• Establish partnerships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, and merchants.
• Lead end-to-end integrations and launches with product, tech, and risk teams.
• Develop joint growth plans with partners and merchants.
