Job summary

Pfizer Türkiye is seeking a high-impact corporate development professional to lead external partnerships and venture opportunities, aligning them with internal capabilities and strategic needs.

In this role you will coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and business sponsors to drive end-to-end opportunity management, from discovery to decision, ensuring fast, compliant onboarding of partners and technologies that can accelerate patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in venture capital, corporate development or strategic partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex external partnerships with senior sponsors and multiple controls.
• Strong network in innovation ecosystems or proven ability to build one quickly.
• Commercial discipline to prioritise opportunities that align with internal capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and orchestrate external opportunities and partnerships from discovery to contract.
• Negotiate terms with Legal, Procurement, Finance and business sponsors.
• Coordinate diligence, approvals and onboarding to ensure speed and compliance.
• Provide outside-in market feedback to investment memos and internal stakeholders.
