Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is hiring a Customer Journey Expert - Payments to design and deliver next-generation payment solutions for Corporate and Financial Institution clients. You will own SEPA, Domestic and International Payments delivery across the value chain, partnering with Wholesale Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to translate requirements into scalable, reliable offerings.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years in product delivery, business analysis, or digital

Qualifications

Experience translating business needs into requirements and working with technology teams through design, build, test and implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal English; Turkish is a plus for local collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end customer journey for SEPA, Domestic and International Payments across the payments value chain.
Coordinate with global product managers, engineers and operations to deliver scalable payment solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk controls and client-focused improvements in payments services.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams and locations.
