Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Customer Journey Expert- Payments to shape and deliver the next generation of payment solutions for Corporate and Financial Institution clients. You will own the functional delivery across SEPA, Domestic and International Payments and related channels.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Wholesale Banking, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Engineering to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable, client-focused solutions, balancing regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years in product delivery, business analysis, customer journey management, digital banking, payments or financial services.
Experience translating business needs into requirements and working with tech teams through design, build, test and implementation.
Knowledge of SEPA, Domestic or International Payments is an advantage.
Experience in Agile environments with distributed international teams.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Turkish is advantageous for local collaboration.
Strong affinity with Agile, product delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery for SEPA, Domestic and International Payments initiatives, from requirements to go-live and improvement.
Translate product priorities and regulatory requirements into clear business and functional requirements, epics, features and roadmaps.
Prepare and execute functional and user acceptance testing with scenarios and defect follow-up.
Support rollout activities, including readiness, stakeholder communication and handover to service and operations teams.
Monitor product usage, incidents and feedback; translate insights into concrete improvements.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security and Data stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
Contribute to quarterly objectives and provide transparent progress, risk and decision information.
Safeguard ING’s licence to operate with secure 24/7 payment services and strong risk controls.
