Doğuş Otomotiv is seeking a Parts Coordination Supervisor / Assistant Manager for the Porsche After Sales Department. You will link Porsche AG, dealers, and internal teams to optimize parts availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating operations, monitoring stock, and driving process improvements across the network, with frequent collaboration with After Sales, Logistics, Sales, Finance and Dealer Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in automotive after-sales, spare parts, logistics, supply chain or dealer ops.
• Leadership experience preferred for managerial roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to manage dealer and international stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Parts Coordination Supersivor / Assistant Manager

We are currently looking for a Parts Coordination Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our Porsche After Sales Department. In this role, you will act as a key link between Porsche, our authorized dealer network, and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellence in parts operations, availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Previous experience in automotive after-sales, spare parts management, logistics, supply chain, or dealer operations
• Experience in team leadership and people management is preferred for Manager-level candidates
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management capabilities
• Proven ability to manage relationships with dealers and international stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English; German is considered an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently when required
• Valid Class B driver's license

What You'll Do

Reporting directly to the After Sales Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating parts operations across the Porsche Authorized Dealer and Service Network
• Acting as the primary contact point between Doğuş Otomotiv, Porsche AG, logistics operations, and authorized dealers regarding parts-related processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international stakeholders and participating in regular communications, meetings, and projects with Porsche headquarters
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of parts operating standards and policies throughout the dealer network
• Monitoring parts ordering processes, stock health, availability, and emergency order performance
• Ensuring efficient inventory management and optimum stock structures across authorized dealers
• Conducting parts sales, profitability, and performance analyses and preparing regular management reports
• Leading market research activities and identifying opportunities for business growth and process improvement
• Developing initiatives to increase parts sales and enhance dealer performance
• Coordinating parts marketing activities in collaboration with logistics and commercial teams
• Supporting accessory and boutique product initiatives and promotional activities
• Providing operational guidance and best practices to dealer parts teams
• Monitoring customer satisfaction indicators and implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Coordinating training and development activities to strengthen dealer network capabilities
• Collaborating closely with After Sales, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Dealer Development teams to achieve business objectives
• Determining the needs of marketing activities and organize it for after sales services
